The Woodsmith have specialised in Mail Order for over 29 years...
Many items can now be ordered online from our new updated Website and more are being added.

To Order Our Products Online:           

Click on the required items which will be placed in your shopping cart. You will see the total price of your items plus the applicable postage at the Checkout. (See postage rates below) Your payment will be processed through the safe and secure PayPal, you do not need to have a PayPal account or to register.

You can simply use your Visa or Mastercard Credit Card by choosing the option in the offered menu. 

Once your payment is completed PayPal sends us an automatic email confirming the payment and your order is processed asap. Mail is despatched at least twice weekly, usually on Tuesdays and Fridays.

If our office is unattended please clearly leave your name and contact number and a brief message on our answering service and we will return your call as soon as we can.

We accept payment by: Visa, MasterCard, Cheque or Money Order.

All prices listed on this website are in Australian Dollars including GST.

For items not yet available by clicking to order, you can E-Mail us, listing the items & quantity of each required. We will contact you and advise availability, shipping cost etc. Please include your phone number and location in all emails.

POSTAGE RATES:
Online Postage rates are calculated by the total cost of the goods you are ordering. 
Rates are to Anywhere within Australia and are as follows.
Goods Total $ 1.00 to $9.99 = Postage $6.90
Goods Total $ 10.00 to $49.99 = Postage $9.90
Goods Total $ 50.00 to $99.99 = Postage $10.90
Goods Total $ 100.00 to $199.99 = Postage $11.90
Goods Total $ 200.00 +  = Postage $12.90

Postage rates for heavy items, timber etc will be calculated on an individual basis, please contact us for a quote.

Flammable Products:
PLEASE NOTE: Flammable Products Cannot be posted - Road freight only - Most Woodfinishes are Flammable and Australian law prohibits them from being sent by post. Most can be sent by Road Freight, however Road Freight delivery for small tins can work out quite expensive and will be quoted on an individual basis, please contact us for details. We recommend collection of all flammable products. If you cannot make it to our store when we are open, please phone us to arrange a suitable time.

Important info for non Australian residents: Export orders need to be quoted individually for final price and shipping costs. Contact us for a quote before ordering, or we will contact you by email after purchase is made and additional postage will be charged prior to despatch.
